While Certn is ... certainly ... my primary passion, I am extremely proud of the work I did previously launching and leading Shopify Inc.'s first-ever quality assurance program for 1000+ remote technical support agents globally. Additionally, I spent 8 months in Manila, Philippines improving vendor BPO/outsourcing contract agreements and operational performance in the APAC region.
